Cá hồi, hành tây rửa sạch, cắt khúc bằng miếng vừa ăn. Thịt cá hồi bạn nên chọn cá phi lê để không tốn thời gian nhặt sạch xương nhé!
Phi thơm hành tím, tỏi băm với 1 muỗng canh. Cho lần lượt hành tây, cá hồi vào nồi. Thêm vào 3 muỗng cà phê đường, một ít nước mắm, nước màu rồi đun nhỏ lửa.
Cho vào một ít nước lạnh để nồi cá kho không bị cháy. Kho đến khi nước trong nồi sệt lại thì tắt bếp. Rắc lên một ít tiêu và hành lá cho đẹp mắt. Múc ra đĩa dùng với cơm nóng.
